Crystalline Top Coat - Diamond - this is a holographic flake top coat. Put this over any polish you want to add a little sparkle to. Adding this on top of the neons in the Day Glo collection will turn your mani or pedi into a completely different look with no extra work. You do not have to put another layer of topcoat on top of this product unless you need multiple coats of topcoat for the polish or if you want an extra glossy finish. This dries to a glossy, very slightly satin finish. This product may settle overtime but a good shake will bring it back to life.
